Messages are not retained beyond delivery.
4. Acceptable Use
Businesses agree not to use DigyContact for:

- Harassment
- Illegal content
- Unauthorized marketing
5. AI-Generated Responses
Responses generated by AI are informational in nature.
The connected business remains responsible for:
- Communication policies
- Operational decisions
- Guest relations

7. Limitation of Liability
DigyContact provides automated assistance and does not guarantee:

8. Termination

Upon disconnection:
